Mechanical Botanicals, Inc. is the creator of ToolUps for Men™ — a brand-new retail category we call the functional bouquet™. We produce premium tool arrangements designed to look like traditional floral arrangements while delivering lasting functional utility.
Our products are designed to bring the half of the population previously disinterested in conventional floral into the floral department — with zero shrink.
What is a "functional bouquet™"?
A functional bouquet™ is a product that combines the visual appeal of a traditional floral arrangement with real, quality tools. Instead of flowers that wilt after a week, each arrangement contains tools that can be used for a lifetime.

Yes — absolutely. Every tool in a Mechanical Botanicals arrangement is a real, functional tool. They are not decorative replicas. The recipient can take them apart and use every piece.

Orders
How do I place an order?
Browse our product catalogue and add items to your cart. Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards. For wholesale orders, please submit a wholesale inquiry first to receive your approved pricing.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly — within 2 business days. If you need to modify or cancel, please contact us at contact@menhateflowers.com as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before dispatch, but cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), as well as other payment methods displayed at checkout. Wholesale accounts with approved net terms may also pay by ACH bank transfer.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email is sent automatically to the email address provided at checkout as soon as your order is received. You'll receive a second email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Domestic US deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days after dispatch. International timelines vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes depending on your country — these charges are the responsibility of the recipient. For wholesale international freight, please contact us directly.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Retail orders are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Wholesale orders are subject to separate return conditions — see our Wholesale Terms.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at contact@menhateflowers.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 1 business day with instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
Wholesale
How do I apply for a wholesale account?
Submit a wholesale inquiry with your business details. Our team reviews all applications and responds within 1–2 business days. You'll need a valid resale licence and a retail or commercial operation to qualify.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our standard wholesale minimum is 12 units per SKU, with a minimum order value of $300 USD. Volume discounts apply for larger orders — see our Wholesale Terms for full tier details.

Yes — co-branded and white-label packaging options are available to qualifying wholesale partners. Custom orders are subject to separate minimums, lead times, and a production deposit. Please mention your interest in custom packaging when submitting your wholesale inquiry.
Can I sell on Amazon, eBay, or Etsy?
Resale through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, or Etsy requires our prior written approval. Approved channels are your physical storefront and your own website by default. Please contact us to discuss marketplace authorisation.
